International Recruiting

We find your qualified skilled workers.

Our work in detail:

Personal contact is important to us.

To find the best possible match, we first want to get to know your company. Afterwards, we provide you with detailed information about your options and assess your needs in order to create a tailored profile of requirements for you.

We carefully select the talents we ultimately present to you, aiming for them to have long-term careers within your company. Therefore, our work is based on the following three pillars:

On-site Recruiting Abroad

After a detailed conversation with you, we create an exact profile of requirements. We then search for talents in the respective countries that precisely match your criteria – with the help of our local partners.

Based on the application documents, we invite the most promising skilled workers to on-site interviews. In the next round, an online interview takes place between the top talents and OLR.

Initial Selection and Employment

You will conduct the final interview with the suitable talents online. After your selection, the chosen candidates can immediately begin the intensive German course. Additionally, intercultural training prepares the employees for their new home. Meanwhile, we take care of applying for all necessary documents, such as residence and work permits.

We organize the travel arrangements for your new employees all the way to your company.

Onboarding and Support

Your new employee receives an introduction to Austrian culture from us to help avoid cultural misunderstandings.

To help them feel at home even in a foreign country, we have a networking program for the talents we recruit, enabling them to connect with each other in Austria.

As a contact person and mediator, we always have an open ear for wishes or problems—on both sides—to create a sustainable working relationship.

From the first conversation to a long-term employee

Gut Ding will Weile haben.

We at OLR take care of the entire handling of this process.

Unique aspects of the Philippines

Filipino workers are not allowed to travel abroad freely to take up legal employment. This must be applied for and approved in advance. This requires, on one hand, a government-registered and certified agency in the Philippines and, depending on the number of workers, an agency in the destination country. However, this should not be your concern but ours. We handle the entire process with the Philippine authorities.

Before a non-Filipino employer or agency can deploy Filipino workers in their company, each Filipino worker must first be accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). The documents submitted to the POEA must initially be reviewed by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) responsible for their jurisdiction.

This serves to protect Filipino workers by ensuring that all labor rights and social benefits for Filipino migrant workers are properly upheld in the workplace. Additionally, it guarantees that the employment contracts of Filipino overseas workers comply with the applicable labor laws, standards, and practices both in the Philippines and the host country, and that all documentary requirements mandated by the administration for overseas employment are met.
