International Recruiting
We find your qualified skilled workers
We find and bring qualified skilled workers from abroad in the EU to your company, organize German courses, and take care of integration into Austrian or German culture as well as assimilation into your team. Our work does not end after placement – we remain a point of contact for you and your employees even after onboarding to resolve any difficulties or cultural differences. Our commitment is to create sustainable and long-term employment relationships.
Our services are divided into the following three pillars:
Recruitment Abroad
We search for the best talent in the respective countries according to your exact requirements. On the basis of on-site and online interviews, we make a pre-selection of specialists. After an online interview with you, you decide whether and who you want to hire.
Bureaucracy & Training
Once you have selected your talents, we will take care of all the necessary documents to allow them to work in Austria or Germany - be it a Red-White-Red Card or a European passport. At the same time, your future employees can attend German language courses and intercultural training.
Onboarding & Mediation
We organize the arrival of new employees all the way to your company. We support onboarding and integration into your team and Austria through networking programs for the respective communities, intercultural mediation, as well as additional German language courses.
What we do for Youspecifically

Red-White-Red Card
We apply for the Red-White-Red Card on behalf of your preferred candidates. This includes thoroughly checking all necessary documents for completeness and accuracy beforehand and having them reviewed by the official authorities. We diligently follow up all administrative bodies until the card is issued.

Intercultural Training
We have chosen the Philippines and Argentina as our focus countries because the culture and mentality of the people are very similar to ours. Nevertheless, there are differences. In these trainings, we prepare your future employees for these differences and raise their awareness of Austrian particularities in everyday life. This is intended to facilitate rapid integration.
MWO / DMW Verification
The Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) is part of the Philippine consulate (for Austria, the branch in Milan is responsible). In order for a Filipino worker to be allowed to work abroad, an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) is required, which is issued by POLO. To obtain this, the final employer must first be verified and registered. At OLR, we handle the entire process up to the issuance of the OEC.
European Passport
Many South Americans are entitled to a European passport if their grandparents held a European passport – which is often the case due to the migration wave from Europe to South America in the past century. However, these European passports usually need to be applied for and issued first. We assist throughout this process.

Networking Programm
Even with the best integration, it is often helpful to connect with like-minded people. That’s why we create opportunities for networking and exchange within the respective communities through online chat groups and offline events. .

German Language Course (intensive)
Most international talents do not speak sufficient German at the time of their selection. Therefore, we offer to organize language courses for the candidates. This allows your future employees to acquire the necessary German skills during the time their documents are being prepared and approved. Prices and duration vary depending on the German proficiency level you require. The language courses are conducted by official and professional institutes on site.

Mediation
Despite all integration efforts, misunderstandings sometimes occur due to different backgrounds and perceptions – or simply being "lost in translation." We remain a point of contact for any issues after onboarding for both sides and visit your company to resolve difficulties together and in person.

Beschleunigte Fachkräfteverfahren
The "Beschleunigte Fachkräfteverfahren" - the accelerated skilled worker procedure - enables employers in Germany to bring qualified workers from third countries to Germany much more quickly and in a more coordinated manner. The Immigration Office takes care of key steps such as the recognition of qualifications and obtaining approval from the Federal Employment Agency. We take care of the entire process for our clients - from the application to the issuing of visas.
