Our Mission
Skills shortage!?
War for Talent!?
… not with us
At OLR, we think beyond the box.
We have addressed this structural challenge by leveraging a pool of qualified and highly motivated employees from third countries. Our mission is to create long-term employment relationships — without borders
Are you looking for qualified employees? We source highly motivated and skilled talent from outside the EU and handle all the necessary documentation to ensure a sustainable employment relationship.
Our Background
In response to the widespread issue of skilled labor shortages, Austrian policymakers introduced reforms in summer 2022, including easing access to the Red-White-Red Card. This marked the starting point for OLR. In Germany as well, the modernization of the Skilled Immigration Act remains a key topic on the political agenda.
In both Germany and Austria, bureaucratic processes remain complex and time-consuming. Therefore, organizing the necessary documentation for entry, residence, and employment is a central part of our service offering.
The core idea is to bring skilled professionals with a strong work ethic to Austria and Germany, while easing the already limited time resources of employers. This foundation is intended to enable smooth integration as well as efficient and long-term employment relationships.
