At OLR, we have taken on this structural challenge by tapping into a pool of qualified and highly motivated employees from third countries. Our mission is to create long-term employment relationships – without borders.

Our Background
In response to the widespread issue of the skilled labor shortage, the Austrian government introduced, among other measures, a simplification of the Red-White-Red Card system in the summer of 2022.
This marked the starting point for the launch of our recruitment services. Additionally, we make use of the principle of *ius sanguinis* (children inherit the nationality of their parents). Thanks to this legal basis, many talents residing outside the EU are entitled to a European passport and thus have the opportunity to work in Austria or Germany. These two conditions enable us to focus our search for skilled workers outside the EU.
The idea behind this is to bring people with a similar culture and mindset to Austria and Germany. This foundation is intended to enable effortless integration as well as efficient and long-term employment relationships.
Our Team
Bettina Lindner
Raised in a traditional hotel business in the Kitzbühel Alps, Bettina was born with the gift and passion for working with people.
Talking with people is her path to success – no matter which of the five languages she speaks. Already as a young graduate of the tourism school, she was entrusted with the personnel management of her parents’ hotel. However, the call of the wider world was too strong. She studied international management, during which she met Susanne Balverde (our business partner) in Australia.
After graduating, she spent the following decade working as a diplomat abroad. She has lived on five continents and met people from a wide variety of backgrounds and talents. The connections she made back then still help her in her daily work today – for example, her relationship with our business partner in the Philippines, Peter Faistauer.
Christian Mraz
The native Viennese began his international career at a marketing and event agency, which sent him to Shanghai as the head of their branch in China.
After several years, he was recruited by a German company as Managing Director for Asia. Due to his international career and extensive experience with countless business partners worldwide, he has understood that perfect service and genuine customer understanding are rare but essential. Clear communication and proactive leadership in employee management are his keys to success.
He regularly draws on the global network he has built over the past decades to consistently deliver excellent services from many countries around the world.
Susanne Balverde
Susanne has lived and worked in many countries around the world, gaining diverse professional experience in various industries. After earning her Bachelor of Business in Australia, where she also met Bettina, and completing her degree as a certified business economist in Bad Honnef, Germany, she moved to Rome. Since 2013, Susanne has been living with her family in Vienna.
With work experience in areas such as gastronomy, HR, controlling, accounting, event organization and execution, obtaining permits and dealing with authorities, managing and developing social media channels, as well as website design, Susanne has built up a wealth of experience over the past decades through continuous learning and diverse activities.
In addition, she speaks four languages fluently and has basic knowledge of several others.
Katharina Koteschowetz
Katharina grew up near Linz in Upper Austria. She completed her schooling there and then studied health and nursing at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.
Through her schooling and previous professional experience, Katharina brings a good mix of IT know-how and practical experience from the healthcare sector.
Katharina takes great care of the new skilled workers from third countries and helps them navigate the bureaucratic process more easily.
Additionally, Katharina supports the company with tasks in the back office.
Julia Weber
Julia grew up in Lower Austria. She completed her schooling there and moved to Innsbruck for her studies and because of her passion for winter sports. .
Since 2021, she has been studying International Economics at the University of Innsbruck. During a year abroad in Spain, she was able to deepen her language skills and get to know other cultures through international exchange.
Through previous part-time jobs and internships, Julia has gained experience in communication and marketing, as well as a strong interest in HR processes and administrative procedures. She supports us in communication with candidates, handling applications, and dealing with authorities.
Lisa Sophia Deli
Growing up in Kitzbühel, Lisa was fascinated by foreign languages and cultures from an early age thanks to her bilingual upbringing. She deepened this interest through her studies of several languages and International Economics. Her experiences abroad in Europe and Asia further enriched her intercultural skills and language abilities.
In addition, she developed a strong understanding of clear and effective communication as well as a keen sensitivity to the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of different people. These valuable experiences enable her to navigate confidently in dynamic work environments and to tackle demanding challenges with empathy and strategic foresight.
Through her diverse professional and intercultural experiences, Lisa increasingly recognized her deep-rooted motivation to positively shape the work environment and to foster the potential of each individual to the fullest. From this conviction grew her passion for human resources management and recruiting: she aims to create long-term structures that nurture talents, unlock potential, and bring about sustainable change.
