Life update and appreciation post!
It has now been three months since I moved here to Austria and continued my journey in the hospitality industry.
Regarding my plan, I was originally supposed to work here temporarily (on a short-term work visa), as I love traveling and moving abroad easily. But you know what? I would like to stay longer, because this country has so much to offer, and the work-life balance has been fantastic!
Today I received the great news from Bettina Lindner that my #RedWhiteRedCard visa has now … been approved! And many thanks to OLR for the smooth processing of my documents and visa formalities. It was only simple paperwork on my side because ORL handled everything very well, and the approval of my long-term visa took just one week. Everything went very quickly!
Bettina introduced me to the wonderful hosts at the “Gartenhotel – Maria Theresia” here in Hall in Tirol. The owners, Ursula and Matthias, are extremely kind and very generous employers.
I would also like to thank Georg Klausner from You Work Life! for connecting me with OLR and that I now have a long-term job here in Austria!
..and many more adventures and hiking trips are waiting for me ahead.
