International care professionals who come to Tyrol bring much more than their professional skills and experience. At the same time, many leave behind their families, friends and familiar surroundings and have to find their place in a new environment
At OLR Recruiting, we support people on this journey. And we know that a successful placement is important, but it is only the beginning.

This is exactly where INNsBrücken comes in and why contributing to this project was so important to us.
Building bridges beyond the workplace
NNsBrücken supports international care professionals with their social and cultural integration in Innsbruck. The project is funded by the City of Innsbruck and implemented together with Innsbrucker Soziale Dienste GmbH (ISD) and Caritas Tirol.
Trained volunteers accompany participants in their everyday lives and take part in activities together, helping them discover local opportunities in leisure, culture and education.
It is often the seemingly small things that can make a big difference when settling into a new country: meeting new people, speaking German outside of work, discovering the city together and gradually building a social network of your own.
For us, recruiting doesn’t end with an employment contract
International recruitment comes with a special responsibility.
At OLR Recruiting, our goal is not simply to find people for open positions. We want to contribute to international professionals finding a long-term perspective and a place for themselves in Tyrol.

It all starts with a Storytelling Café
Now it’s time to turn the idea into real connections.
The INNsBrücken kick-off event will take place on November 4, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Caritas Integrationshaus, Gumppstraße 71, Innsbruck.
The event is open to care professionals from non-EU countries as well as people who have made Tyrol their home and are interested in connecting with the international community.
After an introduction to the INNsBrücken project, the focus of the Storytelling Café will be on personal exchange. People from different cultures will have the opportunity to share their experiences, stories and impressions – and, most importantly, get to know one another.
Participation is free.
