Responsibilities

Holistic care and support of patients within the scope of basic and treatment nursing.
Ensuring a high quality of care as well as compliance with the applicable care and hygiene standards.
Monitoring and documenting the health status, as well as communicating relevant information to the interdisciplinary team.
Empathetic communication with patients and their relatives, as well as providing support in daily care activities.

Must-haves

Completed bachelor's degree in nursing.
German language skills at level B1 or B2 (certificate required).
At least 2,5 years of relevant professional experience
High sense of responsibility, empathy, and ability to work independently.

Desirables

Several years of professional experience in healthcare and nursing (e.g., in a hospital, nursing home, or in mobile/home care).
Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams as well as working with patients with diverse care needs.
Additional specialized qualifications, training, and continuing education in the nursing field (e.g., intensive care, geriatrics, palliative care).
